Cookies can help recognize a browser or device, store preferences, understand site usage, measure content and advertising effectiveness, perform analytics, and support security and administrative functions. Tracking pixels may measure ad impressions, clicks, email open rates, and website popularity. You may adjust your browser settings to notify you about or block cookies, although doing so may affect certain features of the Services.

We may aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Services so that it can no longer be linked to you or your device (“Aggregate/De-Identified Information”). We may use Aggregate/De-Identified Information for purposes including research and marketing and may share it with third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, and sponsors.
Online analytics and advertising
1. Online analytics
We may use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel, to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools, conduct auditing, research, or reporting, assist with fraud prevention, understand usage across browsers or devices, and provide features. If you receive email from us, we may use analytics tools such as clear GIFs to understand when messages are opened or links are clicked.
2. Online advertising
The Services may integrate third-party advertising technologies, such as ad networks and ad servers, that use cookies and other technologies to deliver relevant Prime Metabolic content and advertising on our Services and on other websites or online services. Advertising may be based on the page you are visiting, searches, demographic information, and activity over time and across websites and online services.
We may provide customer information such as email addresses to service providers that may match this information in de-identified form to cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, or proprietary identifiers in order to provide more relevant advertising. This Privacy Policy does not govern cookies or tracking technologies placed by unaffiliated third-party advertising networks.
You may be able to opt out of tailored advertising through industry opt-out mechanisms such as the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance, as well as settings offered by Google and other providers. Even after opting out, you may still see advertising, but it may not be tailored based on your online behavior over time.
3. Mobile advertising
When you use mobile devices to access online services, you may receive tailored advertisements. Mobile operating systems provide settings for limiting personalized advertising. Prime Metabolic does not control how device or platform operators implement these controls.
4. Notice concerning Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference available in certain web browsers. We currently do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. We provide other opt-out mechanisms described in this policy.
Your marketing choices
You may instruct us not to use your contact information to contact you by email, postal mail, or phone regarding products, services, promotions, and special events by using the contact information below. Commercial emails may also contain unsubscribe instructions. Regardless of your request, we may still send operational or transactional communications relating to our relationship or transactions with you as permitted or required by law.
Third-party services and notice about health information
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or security practices of third parties, including licensed providers using the Services, pharmacies, device manufacturers, IT hardware and software providers, and third-party applications, websites, or services linked from our Services. These third parties may collect information from or about you. Their collection, use, and disclosure practices are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies.
How we protect your information
Prime Metabolic LLC takes a variety of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no means of electronic or physical storage is absolutely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to, through, or on the Services or via the Internet.
If you have been given or have chosen a password that enables access to the Services, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. Please do not share your password with anyone. Information you share in public areas may be viewed by other users.
Privacy information for California residents
If you are a California resident, California law requires additional information regarding how we collect, use, and share “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Some information collected through the Services, including certain medical information, may be subject to health-data privacy laws and therefore may not be subject to the CCPA.

Your California privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may request that we:
- Inform you about categories of personal information we collect or disclose, sources of that information, business or commercial purposes for collection, and categories of third parties with whom information is shared or disclosed.
- Provide access to and/or a copy of certain personal information we hold about you.

The CCPA also provides a right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights. Certain information may be exempt from requests under California law, and we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.
To exercise California privacy rights, email us at support@prime-metabolic.com. Please include your full name, email address, residential address associated with your use of the Services, and the rights you would like to exercise so we can process your request efficiently.
Sale of personal information
Prime Metabolic LLC does not and will not sell information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address. We may work with third parties that provide marketing and interest-based advertising services and that place tags, pixels, cookies, beacons, or similar technologies on our Services. Because the CCPA defines “sale” and “personal information” broadly, making certain online identifiers available to these companies for marketing and advertising services may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. You may use industry opt-out mechanisms described in the Online Analytics and Advertising section above. These opt-outs are generally browser- and device-specific.
Shine the Light disclosure. California’s “Shine the Light” law provides certain rights regarding disclosure of personal information for third parties’ direct marketing. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Privacy information for Nevada residents
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “personally identifiable information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. We do not engage in such activity. If you are a Nevada resident who has purchased Services from us, you may submit a request to opt out of any potential future sale under Nevada law by emailing support@prime-metabolic.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
Retention of your information
We keep information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Retention periods depend on the purposes for which information was collected and used and/or as required to comply with applicable laws.
Revisions to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, data-collection and use practices, features of the Services, or advances in technology. We will make a revised Privacy Policy available through the Services, and the date the Privacy Policy was last revised will be identified at the top of the page.
If we make a material change to the Privacy Policy, we will provide appropriate notice in accordance with legal requirements. Your continued use of the Services after amendments and any required notice will constitute acknowledgment of the changes to the extent permitted by law.
